Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are the house rules for Posea AI Art Generator, the creative space offered by Arlette Miretin ("we", "us"). They are written to be easy to follow, so you can spend less time reading and more time exploring ideas. These Terms take effect on 20.10.2026.

Stepping into the studio

By downloading, opening or using Posea, you agree to these Terms. If they do not feel right for you, please do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and should be read alongside these Terms.

Your licence to create

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Posea on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store's usage rules. This licence lets you use the app. It does not transfer ownership of the app to you.

Creating responsibly

Please keep the studio a good place for everyone. You agree not to use Posea to create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative, or that infringes anyone else's rights, including their copyright, trademarks or privacy. You also agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell or disrupt the app or our backend, and not to try to get around usage limits or payment features. We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Subscriptions and billing through Apple

Premium features may be offered as subscriptions or in-app purchases. All billing is handled by the Apple App Store through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple charges your account for renewal within that window. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Who owns what

Posea itself, including its design, software, branding and features, belongs to Arlette Miretin and is protected by intellectual property laws. The prompts you write and the artwork you generate are yours to use, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for making sure your prompts and your use of the results respect other people's rights. Because AI systems can produce similar results for similar prompts, others may create artwork that resembles yours. You give us the limited permission needed to process your prompts on our backend and to deliver your artwork back to you.

The art of imperfection

Posea is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated art can be surprising, inaccurate or not quite what you pictured, and we do not promise any particular result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We also do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arlette Miretin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Posea or your inability to use it. Where the law does not allow such limits, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

When the rules evolve

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date. If you keep using Posea after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
