Welcome to Posea AI Art Generator. Think of this page as the guide pinned by the studio door: a clear, friendly explanation of what happens to your information while you turn ideas into AI art. Posea is offered by Arlette Miretin ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy takes effect on 20.10.2026.

The short version

Posea has no user accounts and no sign-in. You can open the app and start creating without giving us your name, email address or a password. We only handle the information needed to turn your prompts into artwork, to manage purchases and subscriptions, and to understand whether those subscriptions are working as they should.

What we work with

When you create, the prompts and any creative inputs you submit are sent to our servers so your artwork can be generated and returned to you. Subscription status and related analytics are handled through Adapty, as described below. Purchases are processed by Apple, which may share limited transaction information needed to confirm what you have bought.

What we leave out

Because there are no accounts, we do not ask for or store login credentials, profile details or contact lists. We never receive your payment card details. Apple handles payments, and card information stays with Apple.

Where your art comes to life

Generations run on our own backend, operated by the developer. Your prompts travel to our servers, the artwork is created there, and the result is sent back to your device. Your prompts and inputs are used to produce your images and to keep the service running properly, not for unrelated purposes.

The partners in our studio

We rely on two third-party services, each with a specific role. Apple App Store: distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Adapty: helps us track subscription status and gather subscription analytics, so we can confirm which features you have unlocked and understand how our plans are performing. Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read them.

Purchases and subscriptions

Every purchase and subscription in Posea is handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. Apple manages billing, renewals and refunds. Where Adapty is used, it keeps track of your subscription status and provides analytics about subscriptions, so the app knows what you have access to. We do not see or store your payment details.

How long things stay

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to generate your artwork, provide the features you have paid for, meet legal obligations and keep the service secure. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or make it anonymous. Information held by Apple or Adapty is kept according to their own retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you and request that it be deleted. Because Posea has no accounts, we may ask for details that help us locate the relevant information, such as a description of when and how you used the app. You can also manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings, and you can delete the app from your device whenever you like. For data held by Apple or Adapty, you may also contact those services directly.

Updates to this policy

As Posea grows, this policy may change. When it does, we will update it and its effective date. Continuing to use the app after an update means the revised policy applies.
